The Tom and Jerry Comedy Show is an animated television program produced by Filmation for MGM Television in 1980, on CBS for Saturday mornings. The show lasted two seasons and the individual episodes were eventually added to syndicated Tom and Jerry packages, and also occasionally appeared on Cartoon Network and Boomerang. Most voices were done by Frank Welker and Lou Scheimer.

The Porky Pig Show is an American television anthology series hosted by Porky Pig, that was composed of uncut Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons made between 1935 and 1963. The show first aired on ABC in 1964. Since Warner Bros. had closed their cartoon studio the year before, the opening and closing animation and bumpers were produced in New York by animator Hal Seeger, with Winston Sharples composing the title song. It aired on ABC from 1964 to 1967. Shorts featured in the show were distributed to television stations in syndication from 1971 to 1990, as part of Warner Bros.'s Porky Pig and Friends package. For this version, 78 black and white Porky Pig cartoons were hand-traced in color, resulting in a degradation of the animation style and timing. It wasn't until the early 1990s that Warner Bros. made computer-colorized versions available, which preserved the original animation techniques. Porky Pig also aired on MTN-9 in Australia, as well as other channels and networks worldwide.

Foofur is a children's animated series made by Hanna-Barbera. It aired on NBC from 1986 to 1988. The protagonist and title character was a skinny blue dog. The animated series was produced in part by William Hanna. There was also a comic book series from Star Comics. Foofur played a role in the case Nationwide Insurance v. Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, 116 F.3d 1154. The case dealt with an insurer's duty to defend an insured party in light of the insured's intentional acts of property damage. The insured, a drunken college student, tried to spell out "Foofur" on the football field with lighter fluid, and then burn it permanently into the astroturf. Although he did not manage to spell out more than "Foo", he did succeed in causing $600,000 damage to the astroturf. The court held that such an act was not within the insurance policy's liability coverage.

The show premiered in 1990 and continued airing until 1994. The series is about Tom Cat and Jerry Mouse in their childhood and their friends Droopy and Dripple and Spike and Tyke. It began airing as the first program of the Fox Broadcasting Company's children's block, Fox Kids on September 8, 1990. Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is an American animated television series, that premiered in prime time on Disney Channel on May 5, 2006. The program was originally part of the Playhouse Disney daily block intended for preschoolers.
